Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Helsinki, Finland. Flex Of Sweden accepts payments only in Euros (EUR) directly via Stripe with credit cards.

Orders paid in advance by the Buyer in the e-shop will be processed from the moment of receipt on working days 09:00-17:00.

We guarantee the dispatch of goods within 2 working days.

For international shipping, delivery times vary from 2 to 14 working days for standard courier and 1 to 5 working days for express courier, depending on the destination.

Please note that we can’t deliver to PO Boxes nor campuses (military, university etc.)

The shipping fee for all shipments to customers in Finland are from €6,90 depending on the weight of the shipment. Deliveries by Posti Group.

Returns

Think about the environment before you return a product. If you are shure that you wish to return your order, make sure that the packaging is the smallest possible to leave the smallest possible carbon track. We will inform you when the package has arrived.

All items have a 14 day return guarantee. The returned product has to be unopened and unused.
